Meet Jon Kihlman
Jon Kihlman, a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2005, is a specialist in Swedish and international commercial contract law. His dissertation Fel (Non-conformity) was published in 1999, and he now runs an independent legal practice at Tändstickspalatset in central Stockholm.
Jon’s work covers contract drafting and review, legal opinions, advisory services, education, authorship, and both litigation and arbitration. As public procurement ultimately leads to contracts, he also advises on procurement matters—supporting both authorities and suppliers, from contract formulation to representing clients in court when procurements are contested.
