Should you attend the course...?

...and what would you learn.

You may be a seasoned Procurement professional, or a developing Buyer faced with the new challenge of engaging the services of a contractor. You may have worked with a contractor previously but on entirely different projects and feel an input of fresh ideas may ground you and give you a structured process to work with.

If you feel that the process you may have used before could be improved to make your next engagement even better than a small investment could pay back dividends.

How would you like to fast track the understanding of the process used by an experienced Procurement professional that has engaged the services of a wide range of contractors including Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Building, Catering, Cleaning, Asbestos removal and many more?

Seeing and hearing alternative methods, processes and considerations may be extremely useful and help to avoid potential oversights or give you alternative ideas to deliver your next exciting achievement and impress your management team and colleagues.

Even though you may be skilled at the procurement of direct materials, the selection, appointment and control of specialist contractors to undertake a scope of works at your company can be overwhelming.

How can you be sure that you select a reputable and reliable company that meets the needs of your company to deliver a scope of works on time, to a high standard and too budget?

How do you ensure Health, Safety and Environmental considerations are taken into account to safeguard both the contractor and your fellow colleagues whilst works are undertaken?
